We are so delighted with the work that Premier Renovations did on our house last summer. Jeff and I decided to buy an older house because we had a vision of what it could look like. Peter understood our vision and was able to turn it into a reality. He is very knowledgeable, had great ideas and helped us through renovation process with ease.

We were concerned about our limited time-frame (we had three weeks before we were moving in and then we were expecting a baby). Peter assured us the work would be done in time and he was right! Not only did everything get done on schedule, but it came in within the estimated budget as well. We were thrilled about that!

We absolutely love our new and improved bedroom, kitchen and stunning hardwood floors. Peter, Eric and the rest of the crew did an excellent job, working long hours on some scorching hot days and paying so much attention to detail. In addition, they were all a pleasure to work with. We get so many compliments on the look of our house and we owe much of the credit to Peter and Premier Renovations.

Peter was recommended to us by friends.  We asked him to visit us and assess our bathrooms.  The first thing that I noticed was Peter's enthusiasm for the job:  he took the time to walk us through our options, to answer all of our questions (no matter how basic) and to provide suggestions regarding design and materials.

I love my bathroom! A very special thanks to the hard working crew and the "meticulously detailed" Premier Renovations. I was so nervous at picking a contracting company but when Peter walked through my door, I knew within a very short time he was the man for the job. The price was fair for all the work they were doing and Peter gave me a timeline to finish the project which was bang on and he was involved in every detail. I was free to text or phone any time of the day and, with that option I never had any worries. The special touch was removing my bulk head in my shower which opened up a whole new world to my bathroom. No regrets and spectaclar. Our porch cement was chipped and cracked in dozens of places.  We had to re-do the whole front.  We needed to give our whole place an outside "face-lift".  Premier Renovations came to the rescue.

Peter offered us a great advice and a better solution.  His idea to fill the holes and tile the porch with a decorative stone was magnificent.   Our "crumbling", eye-sore entrance was re-created into a most inviting and welcoming entrance way.  We trust Peter to take care of all our renovations and eagerly recommend his tea.

We planned to have a rental income basement apartment along with renovations on the main floor of the house. I got Peter's name through my daughter who had some work done in her basement. I wanted a support beam removed from my basement in order to make more useable space in the rec room.

Peter's crew did a excellent job in removing the beam and replacing it with an engineered beam. The crew worked hard.  They also removed the stipple on part of the ceiling and I must give the men who did the job thumbs up because they did a great job of the ceiling. I am very happy with the space now thanks to Peter and his Crew.
