I've taken to watching a lot of programs on HGTV the last couple of months. It seems like the GTA has more than it's fair share of "cowboy contactors" /  rip off renovators and scamers.
 Everytime I see one of these fix up jobs I'm reminded of what a tight ship you ran here during our reno, and how fortunate we were choosing you and your team.

Our kitchen condo was in its original 1970's state of ugly. After interviewing several contractors, Peter's knowledge and personality sold us on him and his team.
Our kitchen was torn down to bare wall and concrete floor with the removal of a corner wall opening the kitchen up to the living and dining room.
The new kitchen cabinets are a work of art and the rest of the work was excellent. With Peter's input we had a designer at no extra charge.
Being off work for the overhaul, I could not help but notice how professional and hard working the entire crew was. That along with Peter's attention to detail, convinced us to update the rest of the first floor. New entry closet with tile flooring, crown moulding and out with the carpet and in with a beautiful laminate floor.
As with the kitchen, at the end of every day the workers cleaned up and vaccumed and both projects were even finished on schedule.
We highly recommend Premier Quality Renovations and will be smiling over our new and improved home for many years to come.

Last year, Premier Renovations was referred to us because of water damage that we had experienced from our kitchen solarium.  Although it was a minor renovation, Peter took the time to investigate the damage and provide us with a temporary solution.

In 2011, Peter and his team completed two major renovations.  Our first project involved the replacement of our deteriorating privacy fence. During the process, Peter kept us well-informed by providing us with information on how the fence was being built. Peter and his team were very accommodating when some changes were required.

The second renovation was more involved because we needed to replace our kitchen solarium windows and door with a brand new structure. We were unsure of how the windows would be removed but Peter and his team did not disappoint.  Our kitchen now has three beautiful windows, a brand new door and a real roof.  Through his various contacts, they were able to frame, install, provide electrical work, roofing and stucco refinishing. It was great how Peter was able to coordinate every aspect of the job.

Peter was always proactive and ensured the use of quality materials and workmanship in all of our renovations.  We liked his hands-on approach which allowed us to have excellent communication throughout the process.  We would highly recommend them for any type of renovation.
